Annalay Accessories strives to make the Return process simple, quick and easy. In the event of a return please send an email to email@example.com
- We offer a full refund for unworn items within 7 days of receiving your package.
- Returns issued after 7 days of delivery but within 30 days of purchase can receive a credit if the item is unworn and not damaged.
- Sale items are final unless the items is faulty or damaged.
- We issue complimentary repairs on any broken, damaged or faulty pieces within 30 days of purchase once broken item is returned back. We will provide a credit to compensate for return shipping and handling if it's processed within 10 days of delivery.
- All returns must include the return authorization form or #number that will be emailed to you.
Due to the custom nature of our pieces we strive to have your order shipped out within 2 to 3 business days, with stocked items shipping is within 24-48 hours. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
We currently ship through Canada Post. Shipping fees applied are an automatic 10% of the total cost of purchase. Your item will be shipped through regular mail with tracking. Within Canada, it will be 2 to 5 business days for delivery. For US, delivery 5 to 7 business days. For express mail or overnight please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will accommodate your request, additional fees will apply.
International shipments will be charged case by case and you will be notified of the additional shipping cost once your order is placed. If you do not agree with the additional shipping fees we will issue you a refund for your online purchase.
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond the control of Annalay Accessories. Such as, not limited to, Postal interruptions or Credit Banking Institution delays.
Items ordered online that are shipping to United States are not trackable through canadapost.ca. In order to track your order, copy your tracking number that is provided in the shipping notification email and Paste it in the tracking field on the website www.usps.com.
